We are currently hiring a Head of Product Proposition whose duties and responsibilities include::

• Identify opportunities for new products or improvements in existing offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams, regional teams and external partners to develop, launch, and refine products.
• Gather feedback from startups and stakeholders to iterate on product features and functionalities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor products to stay ahead of the curve.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess product success and areas of improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 10 years of product management experience, ideally within the tech or startup environment.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing products in the regional market.
• Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and its challenges.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive product vision to execution.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about entrepreneurship
• Proven self-starter, able to work in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated consistent attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
