Job Description

Lead with Vision
. Define and lead the pastry direction that strengthens Client's position as Singapore's most loved artisanal bakery.
. Stay ahead of international pastry trends, champion innovation, and mentor a team of dedicated bakers.

Drive Excellence
. Oversee daily production at our Central Kitchen to ensure consistency and creativity across all outlets.
. Standardise recipes, elevate processes, and collaborate closely with our supply and operations teams to keep quality at its peak.

Create & Innovate
. Design Client's pastry calendar - from core classics to seasonal showstoppers.
. Lead R&D trials, product tastings, and rollout of new ideas that keep Client's Brand exciting and relevant.
. Represent Client's Brand as a pastry thought leader in media, collaborations, and industry events.

Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Pastry Arts, Baking, or Culinary Arts.
. 6 - 8 years of hands-on pastry experience, including at least 3 years leading a pastry kitchen or brand.
. Mastery in both classic and contemporary French pastry.
. Strong experience in scaling artisan-quality production.
. A curious, creative mind - with proven ability to develop new products that resonate with customers.
