Job Description

To create an omakase menu, cook and manage a 8 pax omakase bistro with wine. Cosy open kitchen style with no fire cooking. Only counter seatings, intimate setting and direct interactions with customers. Chef should be willing to communicate and bring a delightful experience to customers. Expected 2 sessions of dinner daily, each session lasting 2 hours
