Job Summary
The Head of Workthere FPM APAC will lead the growth of Savills occupier flex advisory services across APAC, driving revenue and coordinating regional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality flex workspace solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central contact for all global corporate flex workspace requirements in APAC, ensuring consistent service quality by coordinating with local Workthere and Savills teams.
- Source new client opportunities independently across APAC through FPM and collaborate with GOS APAC to secure accounts requiring flex services.
- Collaborate closely with Savills Office Leasing, Tenant Representation, Cross Border, and Enterprise Portfolio Services teams globally and regionally to integrate flex advisory services.
- Develop and maintain a central database using Workthere CRM to track enquiries and deal data for flex transactions across APAC, supporting business reporting and market research to drive new business wins.
- Build and strengthen relationships with regional flex workspace providers to enhance lead conversion and cross-sell wider Savills services.
- Establish a recognized presence among providers, competitors, and clients in major APAC markets as a regional expert on flex workspace, representing Workthere and Savills at panel events and industry forums.
- Support revenue growth in existing Workthere countries, including India and Singapore, by providing flex advisory expertise.
- Collaborate with local leadership teams to expand the Workthere footprint across APAC by identifying and developing brokers/champions in viable countries.
