Job requirement:
- Experience in Trust & Safety, content policy, or platform integrity at a scaled global consumer platform
- Proven track record leading T&S operations across multiple regions and regulatory environments
- Deep understanding of AI/ML-driven content moderation; ability to partner with engineering on automation strategy
- Experience managing large-scale moderation operations, including third-party vendor oversight
- Strong policy writing and analytical skills; comfortable translating ambiguous cultural and legal requirements into clear enforcement guidelines
- Prior experience in a startup or founding-leader environment
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or other language is a plus.
