Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction and development of the trust administration function to support business growth and service excellence.

  • Oversee the establishment, administration, and ongoing governance of all Singapore trust structures.

  • Provide senior management oversight of trust operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal policy requirements.

  • Manage key trust relationships, including overseeing complex trust structures and the underlying assets.

  • Maintain regular communication with settlors, beneficiaries, advisors, and other trust parties to ensure structures remain appropriate, current, and aligned with any changes in circumstances.

  • Handle trust distribution processes and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

  • Ensure adherence to pricing guidelines, onboarding procedures, and fiduciary control standards.

  • Demonstrate strong technical expertise in reviewing and approving transaction structures

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the trust platform and other business units to support seamless service delivery and risk management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Governance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualifications such as STEP, ICSA, or ICA are expected.

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant trust experience within a financial institution or independent trust company, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.

  • Demonstrated analytical capability, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
