Head of Treasury, Regional - Established Bank - Singapore
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ALM desk activities across multiple locations within defined limits and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with senior business leaders to optimize funding structures across business units.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions and oversee activation of contingency plans in liquidity events
- Execute wholesale money market funding transactions and negotiable securities deals in line with liquidity and balance sheet policy
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or ACT qualification is a plus.
- 10+ years of corporate treasury experience with a focus on trading in a multinational financial institution.
- High competency in financial acumen, cross-cultural communication, and stakeholder influence.
