Head of Transaction Banking Technology

The Role
We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to join as Head of Transaction Banking Technology. This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and executing the technology strategy for the Bank's transaction banking business across the APAC region. You will lead a high-performing team and work closely with senior business stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions across cash management, payments, trade finance, and digital channels. The role demands a strong balance of strategic thinking, execution excellence, and stakeholder management.

You will be accountable for end-to-end technology delivery, including platform modernization, vendor management, and integration with internal systems. As part of the Bank's broader transformation agenda, you will also play a key role in driving innovation, enhancing client experience, and ensuring scalability and resilience of the Bank's transaction banking platforms.

Key Requirements

• Proven domain expertise in transaction banking technology, including deep understanding of products, platforms, and market trends.
• Strong experience in managing complex vendor ecosystems and third-party technology partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technology teams and deliver large-scale transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior business leaders across the region.
• Regional experience in APAC is essential, with a strong appreciation of local market nuances and regulatory environments.
• A strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability, and a passion for driving innovation in financial services.
