Job Description

Our client is a Singapore-headquartered organisation with a strong commitment to operational excellence and talent development. Reporting to the Chief of Human Resources, you will lead the compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring competitiveness in the market while aligning with business objectives.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the company's compensation and benefits strategies, including salary structures, incentive programs, and employee benefits. This role involves designing a comprehensive total rewards framework that attracts and retains top talent while driving business performance. You will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and senior leadership to ensure that reward strategies are aligned with business goals.

A key aspect of the role includes conducting job evaluations, market benchmarking, and compensation analysis to maintain competitive salary structures and reward packages. In addition, the role involves overseeing union negotiations related to compensation and benefits, advising HR teams on employee inquiries, and ensuring seamless integration of rewards policies with other HR functions. You will also be responsible for optimizing HRIS systems to enable efficient compensation data management and reporting while providing strategic guidance to senior management on reward decisions.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of in-house Total Rewards experience. Prior experience of at least 5 years in a consultancy firm specializing in compensation and benefits will be an advantage. A Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification is preferred, although not mandatory. Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills are critical, as this role involves working closely with senior leadership, HR teams, and external partners.
This is a senior leadership role which offers the opportunity to shape and drive a market-leading rewards strategy in a dynamic and highly specialized industry. If you have a strong background in total rewards and a passion for creating impactful compensation frameworks, we encourage you to apply.
