We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Head of Tech Solutions to spearhead the development, commercialization, and operational readiness of the company&aposs tech solutions business. This is a pivotal leadership role that combines product innovation, cross-functional execution, and client engagement to scale our technology offerings globally.
Capability Building & Productization
- Translate client needs into scalable, repeatable tech solutions, leveraging existing tech infrastructure and services
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define MVPs and commercial-ready offerings
Operational Enablement
- Build internal playbooks, new client pitch & onboarding frameworks
- Work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and operations to ensure enterprise readiness
- Establish feedback loops to continuously improve product-market fit
Strategy & Business Development
- Support senior management team in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for our tech solutions offerings
- Develop pricing, packaging, and service delivery models for tech solutions business
- Identify and prioritize target customer segments (e.g., financial institutions, registrars, asset managers)
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation and tokenization
- Drive adoption of white-label platforms, tokenization infrastructure, and stablecoin-enabled solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise tech sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or digital infrastructure.
- Proven track record in launching new business lines or tech platforms.
- Strong understanding of tokenization, blockchain, stablecoins, and digital asset infrastructure.
- Experience working with financial institutions, regulators, or B2B platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
