Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a key client to appoint a Director of Talent Acquisition for a well-established, Asiaheadquartered brand with a strong global footprint. This is a newly created, strategic leadership role that reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will be instrumental in shaping and executing the company's global hiring strategy.
As a key member of the senior HR leadership team, the Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for building and leading a forward thinking and proactive Talent Acquisition proposition. Priorities include enabling business growth, improving hiring efficiency and strengthening the organisation's competitive position in the market. The role will oversee a highperforming recruitment team and collaborate closely with senior business leaders to anticipate talent needs and create tailored workforce plans that support both immediate and longterm priorities.
A central focus of the role will be to improve the company's brand, modernise sourcing practices, and deliver a seamless, engaging candidate experience. The successful candidate will drive the evolution of recruitment technologies, introduce datadriven decision-making into the hiring process, and embed consistent, scalable recruitment frameworks across all business verticals. This position will also play a critical part in enabling organisational growth by ensuring the company attracts, selects, and retains exceptional talent worldwide.
The ideal candidate will bring at least ten to fifteen years of experience in talent acquisition, including proven leadership experience within large, complex organisations. Strong stakeholder management capability, combined with experience in digital recruiting platforms, analytics, candidate experience design, and recruitment transformation, will be key to success in this appointment.
