Job Description

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering a client in the manufacturing space, is looking to appoint a seasoned Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and evolve its in-house TA function. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving strategic hiring across operations, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to support ongoing growth and workforce expansion in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will take full ownership of the Talent Acquisition function, leading, coaching, and developing a team to deliver against hiring targets while continuously raising the bar on recruitment performance and capability. You will be responsible for designing and executing end-to-end hiring strategies across a broad range of technical and corporate functions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and growth plans. A key part of the role will involve partnering closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and hiring prioritisation to ensure the organisation is equipped with the right talent at the right time.

You will play a critical role in building proactive and sustainable talent pipelines across Singapore and the region, particularly for niche and technical skillsets. This includes strengthening direct sourcing capabilities, driving employer branding initiatives, and enhancing campus engagement strategies to improve talent attraction outcomes and reduce reliance on agencies. In addition, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring robust interview processes, effective offer strategies, and a strong, consistent candidate experience.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, and bring 7 to 10 years or more of experience within Talent Acquisition or HR, including proven leadership experience in an in-house environment. You will have a strong track record of hiring within technical or manufacturing-driven organisations such as electronics, precision engineering, or other advanced manufacturing sectors, along with demonstrated success in leading TA teams and managing both high-volume and specialised hiring demands.

Prior experience supporting business expansion, ramp-ups, or large-scale hiring initiatives will be advantageous. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and leadership capabilities are critical to succeed in this role.
