Head of Talent Acquisition
We are seeking a senior TA leader who is savvy, versatile and highly competent and can hold his/her own with senior stakeholders, with strong understanding of the talent market in the region. This role will be interesting for someone who wants to step out of their comfort zone in the run of the mill TA leadership role and be challenged in a high diversified business environment.
Our client is a Singapore headquartered conglomerate with diversified businesses. Their portfolio ranges from shipping, real estate, investment management as well as lifestyle industries. They have a strong mission-driven culture which focuses on well being and wellness. They are now seeking a high calibre Head of Talent Acquisition to support them across their businesses which include their wellness focused initiatives.
Your responsibilities will be to lead, manage and oversee all end to end hiring and partnering with internal stakeholders on their talent strategy.
This includes proactively advising on organization alignment, decision-making and contract negotiation based on market expertise and peer know-how. This also includes market intelligence pertaining to rewards, recognition and remuneration such as internal compensation guidelines and policies. - Serve as in-house subject matter expert (SME) for the group whilst considering the possibility of internal mobility trends, personalized career pathways and alumni talent pool - Constantly reflect and improve on the Employer Branding proposition and Recruitment process to be aligned with the organization's purpose and mission.
