Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Talent Acquisition / HR Project Specialist / Recruitment Coordinator, based in Singapore with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves managing and executing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing and executing employer branding strategies to attract top talent, coordinating graduate recruitment programs, and conducting interviews to ensure alignment with organizational needs. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, handling recruitment-related projects, and ensuring a consistent talent acquisition strategy.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes, with the ability to source and attract top talent.
  • Skills in developing and implementing Employer Branding strategies to enhance the organization's reputation as a top employer.
  • Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and assessing candidates for suitability and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Experience managing Graduate Recruitment programs, including outreach, coordination, and candidate engagement.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
