Head of Talent Acquisition, Singapore
Charterhouse Singapore are supporting a rapidly expanding Tech MNC in their search for a Head of Talent Acquisition.
It will lead, manage and develop a team of Recruiters and will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy and methodology to attract top talent to the organization.
This role will report to the Head of HR and will come with lots of autonomy and the opportunity to work creatively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring they are well equipped and well trained with the best possible search methodologies
- Lead employer branding globally to ensure the corporate message is aligned across the various markets to enhance attractions strategies
- Ensure efficiency and optimization of recruitment processes and strategies
- Lead campus recruitment to attract top tier talent from China and the region by overseeing that the organization is well represented by the Talent acquisition team at relevant career fairs in graduate hires
- Develop the TA strategy to prepare for scaling to meet the ambitious plans for growth, globally
- Take the lead in Leadership and Executive / C suite hires globally
- Undertake workforce planning activities to ensure that market mapping and talent pipelining is reviewed and updated regularly
- Develop strong relationships with relevant stakeholders globally to understand pain points and develop strategies to counteract any patterns of attrition
- Use date and analytics and relevant tech and AI tools to make informed decisions and maximise efficiency
- Remain up to date with labour laws in relevant countries and adhere to compliance and regulations.
Attributes
- At least 15 years of hands-on exposure leading regional and talent acquisition, preferably within a technology focused MNC
- Strong business acumen with the ability to create an impact up to C Suite leaders
