About Greenlyzer
Greenlyzer is a Singapore-headquartered deep-tech company operating at the intersection of AI and energy infrastructure.
The company is developing a hydrogen-based Green Moving Grid — a distributed power architecture designed to augment conventional grids and replace diesel backup systems for mission-critical applications.
Powered by a portfolio of more than 40 global patents and proprietary Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) technology, Greenlyzer's Alpha Energy System integrates hydrogen production, storage, fuel-cell power, and AI-enabled orchestration into a cohesive energy platform.
Greenlyzer's core membrane technology combines high efficiency with long operational durability demonstrated in real-world deployments. The company is building scalable energy systems that enhance urban resilience, strengthen energy security, and accelerate the decarbonisation of AI-driven and industrial infrastructure.
Headquartered in Singapore with cross-border R&D and manufacturing capabilities, Greenlyzer is positioned to leverage global ecosystems while anchoring innovation within Singapore's sustainability and technology landscape.
Greenlyzer's mission is to institutionalise distributed hydrogen power as a core pillar of next-generation infrastructure — conceptualised in Singapore and scalable globally.

This role is central to Greenlyzer's next phase of growth, strengthening grant acquisition, regulatory alignment, and strategic fundraising while working directly with the CEO on investor and policy engagement.
This is not a marketing role. It is a capital-facing, institution-building role designed to translate deep technology into strategic legitimacy and catalytic support.
The Head of Strategy will drive Greenlyzer's strategic narrative, grant strategy, government relations, and fundraising execution.
The role ensures that Greenlyzer's value proposition is consistently articulated across policy, regulatory, grant, and investor platforms, and that the company is structurally positioned to secure national support mechanisms, R&D funding, and long-term institutional credibility.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Narrative & Institutional Positioning

• Develop strategic briefs, white papers, and positioning documents
• Align company messaging across grant, regulatory, and fundraising contexts
• Support long-term strategic planning and institutional roadmap development
Government & Regulatory Engagement (Priority Focus)
• Lead structured engagement with Singapore agencies and ecosystem stakeholders
• Identify and secure relevant small business, R&D, decarbonisation, and innovation grants
• Coordinate regulatory support pathways and pilot alignment
• Track policy developments relevant to hydrogen, distributed energy, and AI infrastructure
• Position Greenlyzer within national energy resilience and sustainability narratives
Grant Strategy & Application Management
• Lead end-to-end grant application processes
• Coordinate technical, financial, and operational inputs for submissions
• Manage timelines, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations
• Oversee specific grant accounts and milestone tracking
Fundraising & Capital Support
• Work directly with CEO in investor engagement and fundraising discussions
• Prepare investor materials, strategic decks, and structured data rooms
• Manage due diligence processes and information flow
• Support development of capital strategy and funding pipeline
Public & Institutional Communication Oversight
• Guide thought leadership initiatives (e.g., op-eds, industry commentary)
• Oversee institutional website and LinkedIn positioning
• Ensure consistency across PR, IR, and government communications
• Coordinate with junior PR/MarCom resources where applicable
Qualifications
• 8–15 years of experience in corporate strategy, capital markets, government advisory, consulting, investment banking, VC, or high-growth deep-tech companies
• Proven experience leading grant applications and securing public-sector funding
• Strong familiarity with Singapore's innovation, regulatory, and grant ecosystems preferred
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading fundraising processes
• Exceptional structured writing and strategic communication ability
• Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into institutional-grade positioning
• Experience working directly with founders or C-level leadership
• High intellectual discipline and ownership mindset
What We Look For
• Institutional maturity and credibility
• Strong analytical and narrative synthesis capability
• Strategic thinker with disciplined execution
• Calm, structured communicator under pressure
• Comfortable operating in a scaling deep-tech environment
• Long-term builder mentality
