Job Description

Stryv (pronounced Strive) is one of the fastest-growing consumer brands in Southeast Asia. We've received multiple platform awards from major retailers such as Shopee, Watsons, Guardian, and 7-Eleven. Founded by former Grab executives who helped build Grab Financial Group, Stryv is committed to making personal care accessible and aspirational.

Our Vision

We aim to become the Uniqlo of Personal Care—offering well-designed, high-quality personal care electronics like hairdryers, shavers, and electric toothbrushes. Our products are built in tier-1 global factories that manufacture for some of the world's biggest brands. By selling directly to consumers at accessible prices, we ensure that personal care is inclusive across all income levels.

Backed by Leading Investors

We're proud to be backed by billion-dollar venture capital funds including East Ventures and GSR. Our supporters also include founders and leaders from some of the region's most iconic brands: Razer, Carousell, ShopBack, Carro, PRISM+, Grab, Atome, and many more.

  • Lead strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, average order value (AOV), customer lifetime value (LTV), and operational efficiency.
  • Build business cases and financial models to support investment decisions.

Business Transformation

  • Lead company-wide transformation initiatives that improve scalability, operational excellence, and business performance.
  • Drive process improvements, organisational redesign, and cross-functional optimisation.
  • Champion AI adoption, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across the business.

Strategic Project Leadership

  • Lead high-impact cross-functional projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Establish governance frameworks, project milestones, and performance tracking to ensure successful delivery.
  • Act as the executive sponsor for key strategic initiatives and remove barriers to execution.

Executive Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
  • Prepare strategic presentations, board papers, business reviews, and executive reports.
  • Support annual business planning, budgeting, and company-wide OKR setting.

Mergers, Acquisitions & Partnerships

  • Evaluate acquisition opportunities, strategic investments, and commercial partnerships.
  • Lead due diligence, financial analysis, integration planning, and post-merger execution where applicable.
  • Identify strategic alliances that strengthen the company's market position.

Organisational Alignment

  • Foster collaboration across Marketing, Commercial, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Retail, and People teams.
  • Ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with business priorities and executed effectively across the organisation.
  • Build a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business transformation, commercial strategy, or a similar leadership role.
  • Experience within FMCG, consumer brands, retail, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and organisational transformation.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance long-term strategy and operational execution.
  • Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.
