Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 13 years of experience with product strategy, technical product integration, or solution design in a client-facing role.
- 11 years of experience managing individuals and leading cross-functional teams.
- 5 years of experience managing a team.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with influencing executives in high stakes decision making.
- Experience with leading regional or global teams.
- Experience with strategic thought leadership and the ability to drive sales excellence and improve Go-to-Market models.
- Understanding of competitor offerings.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence across all seniority levels, and drive commercial initiatives of cross-functional nature.
- Proven ability to attract, retain and manage talent and intentional organization design principles.

Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for our acquisitions, onboarding, SMB growth and apps segment in the region, focusing on activation strategy, incentives, training, specialized support, marketing enablement, and robust customer/seller assistance.
- Lead a high-performing team of Regional Product & Sales Activation (PSA) Googlers to flawlessly execute GTM strategies, partnering with Sales and Global Product leads to drive commercialization, launch excellence, and the consistent achievement of ambitious product growth targets.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with executive-level stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Strategy & Operations (RSO), gTech, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product and sales activation.
- Utilize customer data and market insightsto develop scalable regional solutions and advocate for critical customer requirements, ensuring the continuous evolution of the Global Customer Solutions (GCS) program and product strategy.
