Build, lead, and scale operation-related teams for the new Singapore site, covering administration, EHS, procurement, IT, warehouse, industrial engineering (IE), and other operational support functions.
Support overall site management by closely partnering with business, manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to ensure all operational support required for project execution is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Own site expense budgeting, forecasting, and adjustment processes analyze cost drivers and propose effective cost-reduction initiatives in collaboration with Finance Business Partners and cross-functional teams to enhance cost efficiency.
Provide strong leadership in fostering a proactive culture of compliance, safety, and service excellence across all operational functions.
Act as a key external representative of the site, engaging effectively with clients, vendors, partners, and local government authorities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 years of site operations experience in the global pharmaceutical industry, including at least 5 years in a people management or leadership role.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with strong logical thinking and the ability to integrate and optimize resources across functions.
Proven leadership capability with resilience to manage complex challenges and deliver results under tight timelines.
Strong learning agility and adaptability, demonstrating proactive thinking, self-motivation, and continuous improvement mindset.
