Head of Singapore Office

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Management: Responsible for the setup and daily operation of the Singapore office, ensuring efficient and compliant functioning.

2. Licensing & Compliance: Lead the full implementation of the MAS CMS license, liaise with regulatory requirements, and execute compliance filings and rectifications.

3. Business Development: Formulate Singapore business strategies in line with group objectives, conduct market research, identify opportunities, and drive scalable business growth.

4. Team Management: Build the Singapore core team, oversee recruitment, development and motivation, and lead the team to achieve business targets.

5. Product Development: Lead the research, design and optimization of local financial products related to securities trading and investment product sales.

6. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate group resources, liaise with Singapore regulators and partners, and maintain sound external relationships.

7. Others: Implement group directives, manage major projects, report business and compliance status in a timely manner, and handle emergencies.

Job Requirements

Basic Requirements

1. Residency: Must be a Singapore resident (MAS mandatory requirement), with no criminal, regulatory or disciplinary records.

2. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics or related fields; CFA, CFP or equivalent qualifications are highly preferred.

3. Language: Proficient in both Chinese and English (working languages).

MAS Mandatory Experience

1. Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant regulated experience under CMS license, focusing on securities trading and investment product sales.

2. Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of actual supervisory or managerial experience.
