The successful candidate will combine strong operational expertise with commercial acumen and possess hands-on experience in oil and gas maritime transportation. This individual will play a key role in expanding the Company's regional shipping capabilities and strengthening relationships across the global energy and maritime ecosystem.

Vessel Leasing & Shipping Asset Management

  • Participate in vessel leasing, charter-in/charter-out arrangements, and shipping asset management activities.

  • Evaluate vessel leasing opportunities, freight economics, and operational efficiency of shipping assets.

  • Support negotiations related to vessel leasing structures, long-term charter arrangements, and transportation agreements.

  • Coordinate with shipowners, leasing companies, financial institutions, and maritime partners on shipping asset-related matters.

  • Assist management in assessing fleet expansion opportunities and strategic shipping investments.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, sanctions requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
