Job Summary
Lead the APAC professional services team as Head of Services, managing the full services lifecycle from pre-sales through delivery and customer success. Drive profitability, scale delivery capabilities, and maximize client value from Salesforce investments.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the APAC services strategy aligned with sales and product roadmaps to drive business growth
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-country team of Solution Architects, Consultants, and Project Managers to enhance delivery capabilities
- Oversee project portfolios to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Sales to scope, estimate, and present compelling services proposals for enterprise deals
- Drive operational excellence by improving methodologies, optimizing resource utilization, and developing repeatable intellectual property
- Serve as an escalation point to resolve complex technical or delivery challenges efficiently
- Build and nurture senior client relationships across the APAC region to foster long-term partnerships
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 12+ years in enterprise IT professional services, including at least 5 years in regional leadership roles within APAC
- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, or Industries) with Salesforce certifications strongly preferred
- Proven experience scaling services teams in fast-growing, partner-led environments
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, pricing models, and services sales
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills
- Based in Singapore or willing to relocate
