As Head of SEA Commercial, you will play a leading role in driving the success and growth of Amplify Health through finding and developing sales opportunities for our products and services across the region.

You will build, nurture and convert high-quality trusted partner relationships with selected clients through consultative, customer centric sales engagements, engage C-level and other stakeholders to position Amplify Health and our solutions for growth and success.

  • Business development: Find and develop sales opportunities for Amplify Healths products and services in markets of focus

  • Key account management: Build, nurture and convert high-quality trusted partner relationships with selected clients through consultative, customer centric sales engagements, engage C-level and other stakeholders to position Amplify Health and our solutions for growth and success

  • Drive decision-making internally and with clients

  • Manage and develop talent in a small team of business development resources

  • Be a voice for transformation and innovation: Amplify Healths products and services are levers for change and development in health care and health insurance

  • Be a listener to and a voice for customers: Bring customer-centric, yet analytical and balanced thinking to enhance and improve customer engagement and conversion, and to inform product positioning and GTM

  • Bring a robust background in consultative sales, preferably in technology and analytical products or systems, demonstrating understanding of the types of whole-of-enterprise decision making processes and systems we see at our clients

  • Positive energy, enthusiasm and a passion to drive change and transformation of the healthcare payor/provider landscape

  • Professional experience of 12 years with experience in B2B SaaS business development in an insurtech/digital health solutions providerof at least 5 years

  • Undergraduate/graduate degree in engineering, data science, computer science preferred

  • A hunter's instinct: ability to spot, develop and close opportunities

  • Great people skills: not only will you love meeting, understanding and influencing potential clients, you will work with multi-functional and diverse teams and tribes in Amplify. You must be able to challenge respectfully and give constructive feedback while learning from others.

  • Well versed in the application of technology, data and analytics to a healthcare or payor business

  • Credibility with C-level executives across the healthcare, health insuranceand technology landscape, preferably with a strong existing network
