They have also established a strong presence in the retail and groceries sector where they have partnered with nationwide retail chains.Today, they are looking for a highly driven Head of Sales (Singapore & Malaysia) to spearhead strategic partnerships and diversify revenue streams
Job Description
As the Head of Sales (Singapore & Malaysia), you will be responsible for driving growth develop long-term customer relationships across key industries, including retail and grocery segment.In addition to this, you will also be challenged with the following:
- Develop and execute strategies for new business development.
- Cold call and meet potential clients to ensure robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Lead proposal development, including pitch strategies, pricing and client engagement.
- Participate in tenders and pricing the solution.
- Drive customer engagement and promote positive relationships with partners and vendors.
- Strengthen existing client relationships while securing new ones, particularly in retail and consumer-facing markets.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in business, or related fields ; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- 10+ years of proven experience in sales, marketing or business development.
- 5+ years of experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry is preferred ; exposure to retail or grocery market will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication, networking, prospecting and public-speaking skills across retail and commercial segments.
- High proficiency in sales planning, market analysis, closing and CRM system.
