Job Description

  • Lead and manage the overall sales function in Singapore, covering retail, telco, and distribution channels.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, market share growth, and channel expansion.
  • Drive performance across all sales channels, including offline retail, key accounts (telcos), and e-commerce platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom operators, distributors, and key retail partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, retail operations, and product teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Manage sales forecasts, budgeting, and inventory planning in alignment with business targets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve productivity and capability.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management and HQ.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in consumer electronics, mobile, or telecom industry.
  • Strong experience managing key accounts (especially telcos) and retail sales channels in Singapore.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluent in English Mandarin is a plus to liaise with HQ.
