Role Description
  • Head of Sales:Lead the sales organization to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and performance metrics.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, including account managers and business development executives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Sales Director:Define and execute the overall sales strategy for the organization or business unit.
  • Oversee key account management, major deals, and enterprise sales initiatives.
  • Drive pipeline development, forecasting, and reporting to executive leadership.
  • Establish sales targets, incentive structures, and performance management systems.
  • Represent the company in high-level client meetings, negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred for senior roles.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or account management (58 years for Head of Sales; 10+ years for Sales Director).
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to monitor KPIs, market trends, and performance metrics.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies in B2B or B2C environments.
