Job description:
1. **Sales Strategy Development** - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
2. **Team Leadership** - Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals. - Set performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.
3. **Client Relationship Management** - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. - Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. **Market Analysis** - Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape. - Provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
5. **Collaboration** - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development. - Ensure alignment between sales objectives and company goals.
Job Requirements:
1. **Education** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
2. **Experience** - Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. **Skills** - Strong leadership and mentoring skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software.
4. **Language** - Fluency in English & Chinese is mandatory. - Additional proficiency in regional languages is highly desirable.
