Key scope
- Lead end-to-end launch strategy, pricing, market positioning, and sales performance
- Drive branding, campaigns, digital, events, and customer journey excellence
- Manage internal sales teams, agency partners, and broker networks
- Build relationships with HNW buyers, investors, and private client channels
- Own revenue targets, absorption, pipeline, and sales forecasting
- Partner with Development and senior leadership on phasing and product strategy
Requirements
- 15+ years in Singapore residential sales & marketing
- Proven track record in luxury / premium project launches
- Strong leadership across sales teams and agency channels
- Deep understanding of pricing, buyer behaviour, and market cycles
- Exposure to branded residences or mixed-use projects is highly preferred
