The opportunity

We working with a fast-scaling enterprise SaaS company with a proven product, a growing global customer base, and significant runway to accelerate our presence across Southeast Asia. As part of their next phase of growth, they are hiring a VP/Head of Sales & GTM to own and drive our commercial expansion across the region.

This is a high-impact, highly visible leadership role. You will be the senior commercial voice for SEA — setting strategy, building and scaling the GTM function from the ground up, and working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to win and grow enterprise accounts across the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the SEA commercial strategy — defining the GTM approach, prioritising markets, and setting ambitious but achievable revenue targets
  • Build, hire, and develop a high-performing sales and GTM team across enterprise and mid-market segments
  • Take personal ownership of key strategic deals and senior customer relationships across the region
  • Partner with global leadership to localise product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market playbooks for SEA markets
  • Drive pipeline discipline — instil rigour around forecasting, CRM hygiene, and repeatable sales processes
  • Work closely with Marketing and SDR functions to build a healthy, self-sustaining top-of-funnel engine
  • Represent SEA in global leadership discussions, providing regional insight and contributing to wider company strategy
  • Build long-term partnerships and channel relationships to extend commercial reach across key markets

What we're looking for

  • Min of 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role carrying a regional revenue number is a must
  • A proven track record of building and scaling GTM teams in Southeast Asia — you have done this before, not just managed an established team
  • Deep enterprise sales expertise — you are comfortable operating at C-suite level and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong understanding of the SEA commercial landscape, including key verticals, buying behaviours, and market nuances across markets such as Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and the Philippines
  • A hands-on, player-coach mentality — equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the trenches with your team
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence internally and externally at the highest levels
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and CS to deliver cohesive GTM execution
  • Based in Singapore, with the willingness to travel regularly across the region
