Our client, a Global Lifestyle MNC is looking to further expand their market presence and are looking for a Sales Director to oversee the SGMY markets. The individual will lead a team, drive sales growth and accelerate the MICE business through strategic planning and partner engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales growth in Singapore and Malaysia across individual travel and MICE segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and key partners.
- Develop and execute commercial and marketing plans to maximize revenue.
- Negotiate contracts, commissions, and manage key accounts to drive profitability.
- Coach, mentor, and lead the sales team to deliver consistent performance
Requirements:
- Proven track record in regional sales leadership within the relevant fields.
- Strong experience managing key accounts, negotiations, and commercial strategies.
- Solid understanding of MICE and travel distribution channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast, report, and optimize budgets.
- Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
