Job Summary

As Head of Sales, you will lead sustainable business growth and team excellence, collaborating closely with the Managing Director on strategic sales, commercial decisions, operations, and people management to drive revenue and market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans and sales strategies to increase company revenue and profitability
  • Build and expand brand awareness and market share across target sectors
  • Establish and maintain partner relationship networks to support business objectives
  • Identify and pursue strategic business opportunities to grow revenue streams
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets, enhance staff performance, and optimize operational processes
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key partners, stakeholders, government agencies, vendors, and customers to support business growth
  • Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales leadership and execution

Required competencies and certifications

  • Degree in electrical or electronics engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of proven sales, project management and system integration experience, preferably in the security industry and sectors such as government, banking, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and hospitality, including regional project management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills to engage stakeholders and team members at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to drive teams toward achieving business outcomes
  • Commercial acumen to consistently grow sales revenue and improve bottom line
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, results-driven approach
  • Established network and relationship-building capabilities
