We are partnering with a leading consumer brand to appoint an entrepreneurial Head of Sales to lead and accelerate the company's commercial growth in Singapore.
This is a high-impact leadership role for an individual who thrives in building businesses, developing new go-to-market strategies, and identifying untapped revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy to drive sustainable sales growth across Singapore.
- Manage and expand relationships with key retail, distribution and channel partners.
- Identify, develop and launch new sales channels, partnerships and revenue streams.
- Drive business development initiatives to increase market share and brand presence.
- Lead commercial negotiations with key accounts and strategic partners.
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with regional and cross-functional teams on product launches, marketing initiatives and demand planning.
- Build, coach and lead a high-performing sales organisation as the business continues to grow.
Requirements
- Proven track record in senior sales leadership within the consumer electronics, consumer technology or related industries.
- Strong existing network with key retailers, distributors, channel partners and major customers in Singapore.
- Highly entrepreneurial with the ability to identify and build new business opportunities from the ground up.
- Demonstrated success in opening new channels and creating new revenue streams.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate strategically while remaining execution-focused.
- Self-driven, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
