Overview / Purpose of the Position
Enable BSI Singapore's sales and profit growth, responsible for building a capable sales team to achieve team's annual sales target.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Responsible for strategic sales planning and identifying new areas of business growth.
  • Develop and manage all sales and marketing-related activities to achieve profitable revenue growth.
  • Responsible for developing new accounts, managing key account sales, and maintaining a good level of sales activities (sales visits, sales leads)
  • Set up sales targets and implement the target's achievement and maximum returns.
  • Actively generate sales revenue for the company through sales and marketing
  • Monitors trends in business, market, channel, and KA requirements.
  • Establish a strong relationship with clients and prospects through regular sales visits.
  • Organize and lead sales and marketing activities for existing clients and new prospects.
  • Providing leadership in developing and executing sales programs to obtain leads and sales opportunities.
  • Training and appraising the performance of subordinates when this role progresses to a higher level.
  • Assisting Country Manager with business opportunities and strategy
  • Performing any job-related assignments as required

Person Specification
  • English fluency in speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Solid sales and business development experiences in the B2B industry, ideally within Certification Body
  • Excellent understanding of the system certification environment and how to position BSI value proposition to top clients we pitch.
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and comfort working within a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Effectively sell own ideas and/or work to others.
