Job Description

THE ROLE

Hub OS is an integrated hotel operations SaaS platform supporting a global portfolio of hotel brands. As we continue expanding across Asia, we are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our growth across APAC.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role responsible for driving new business, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring a world-class customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle.

You will champion Hub OS in the region showcasing how our platform improves operational efficiency, reduces costs, enhances staff productivity, and elevates the guest experience for hotels of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell Hub OS across SE Asia and North Asia, leveraging an existing strong network of senior hotel-industry contacts whilst continually forging new relationships and prospects.
  • Demonstrate the value of Hub OS through insight-led conversations focused on productivity, cost reduction, operational optimisation, and guest satisfaction.
  • Build, grow, and nurture a pipeline of qualified prospects across the region.
  • Expand existing hotel-group relationships in Australia into broader opportunities across Asia.
  • Maintain deep awareness of industry trends, competitor activity, market shifts, and emerging technologies to position Hub OS effectively.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and presentations to negotiations and close.

2. Customer Success & Relationship Management

  • Manage client relationships throughout the full lifecycle from pre-sales to agreements, onboarding, and long-term support.
  • Oversee delivery progress and maintain visibility on the technical and operational integrity of implementation projects.
  • Support customer expectation management, including scoping development requests and prioritisation discussions.
  • Ensure high retention, adoption, and satisfaction across all accounts.

3. Implementation & Support Oversight

  • As direct reports into this role, partner closely with Implementation & Customer Success teams to understand and account manage all existing business.
  • Guide clients through implementation, go-live, and post-deployment phases, ensuring smooth adoption of Hub OS.
  • Maintain regular engagement with customers to identify opportunities for optimisation, expansion, and continuous improvement.

4. Group-wide Responsibilities

  • Promote knowledge sharing across teams, contributing insights on people, products, innovations, and market performance.
  • Act as a regional ambassador representing the needs and opportunities of the APAC market to the wider Hub OS organisation.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Proven senior sales experience within the hotel industry or a technology/SaaS organisation servicing hotels.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and familiarity with major hotel-brand organisational structures.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise relationships and key commercial partnerships.
  • Solid knowledge of SaaS platforms and how they optimise hotel operations.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business management or a related discipline.
  • Strategic, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an ability to develop growth plans, anticipate customer needs, and identify new market opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across Asia.
