Job Description
- Lead and enhance enterprise-wide risk management frameworks
- Act as the primary liaison with MAS and regulatory authorities
- Drive compliance monitoring, audits, and internal control reviews
- Oversee AML/CFT, fraud prevention, and financial crime frameworks
- Advise senior leadership and Board on risk and regulatory matters
- Develop policies, governance structures, and risk controls
- Build and lead a high-performing risk & compliance team
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in risk, compliance, or audit within financial services or fintech
- Proven leadership experience at Head or Director level
- Strong expertise in MAS regulations and compliance frameworks
- Deep knowledge of AML/CFT and financial crime risk management
- Experience managing regulatory audits and inspections
- Strategic mindset with ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- High integrity with sound judgement and decision-making ability
