Job Summary

Century Games is seeking a Head of Risk and Compliance to lead the implementation and oversight of comprehensive risk management and compliance strategies.

This individual will ensure that our global operations adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, while proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with mobile game publishing and operations.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead cross-functional initiatives to design, implement, and maintain robust compliance and risk management frameworks.

. Conduct risk assessments across game content, data handling, and operational processes.

. Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, platform terms of services, and industry standards, particularly around data privacy and content regulations.

. Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide policies to mitigate legal and operational risks.

. Oversee regular audits and compliance reviews, ensuring issues are identified and remediated promptly.

. Partner with legal, product, platform, and operational teams to address compliance challenges and instill best practices.

. Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging risks impacting the gaming landscape.

. Manage key relationships with regulatory authorities, platform partners, service providers, and external auditors.

Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

. 8+ years of senior management experience in gaming-related payments, risk management, compliance, legal, government affairs, or related domains - ideally with full-cycle mobile game publishing and operations experience.

. In-depth understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to mobile gaming (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

. Demonstrated success in building and leading cross-functional teams strong stakeholder management skills.

. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

. Proactive, detail-oriented, and principled leader with high integrity and accountability.
