Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Retail / Area Manager / Retail Operations Executive, based in Singapore.The selected candidate will oversee retail operations, drive sales, develop customer service strategies, and ensure operational compliance across multiple outlets. Responsibilities include supervising teams, analyzing business performance, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. The role also requires optimizing overall efficiency and maintaining high standards in retail environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and skills in Retail, Sales, and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills to manage teams effectively and interact with diverse stakeholders
• Analytical skills to evaluate business metrics, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stores effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the energy or related industries is a plus
