Head of Regional Operations

Job Description:
Identify and execute growth drivers across APAC countries (India, ASEAN)

Strengthen core business capabilities by country

Develop key business models to enhance market competitiveness

Lead and deliver a firm turnaround of underperforming overseas subsidiaries

Oversee HR and organizational management across assigned countries

Manage and expand the global customer network

Requirements:
Degree in any related discipline

More than 15 years of experience in Contract Logistics business in warehouse & distribution, freight forwarding operations/ sales, business planning/ control, P&L management, and strategy formulation

Possess merger & acquisition/ joint venture experience is mandatory

Must be able to review business/ product restructuring for business structure improvement, new network and new business development

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Power Point

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in verbal and written English and Korean as need to work with Korean colleagues
