Head of QA PV Asia Pacific

I am mandated by a market leading oncology pharmaceutical MNC to recruit for their Head of QA and PV. This role would be based in Singapore, and covers the Asia Pacific region.

This company has an exemplary and remarkably successful pipeline of already commercialized and patented therapeutic antibody drugs focusing on the treatment of cancer. With R&D presence in ten countries globally, this is a key leadership appointment focusing on projects, strategic changes, and influential leadership across the organization-wide quality assurance and R&D quality function. This will be a highly impactful, leadership focused role and will contribute to building up a legacy and be empowered with the autonomy to drive changes.

To be successful in this role of Head of QA and PV, you would have

• Minimum of 12 years experience in QA and PV within the Pharmaceuticals, Biologics or Vaccines industry.
• A proven track record of driving organizational improvements.
• Wealth of knowledge and first-hand experience handling and change management.
• Led as the quality management representation before and familiar with liaising and fronting. health authorities across Asia including MFDS, Taiwan FDA, PMDA, other Asia Health Authorities.
