Head of Property Management, Residential

A leading local developer is seeking an experienced Head of Property Management to lead its residential property management and homeowner experience function.

Responsibilities

You will report directly into the C-suite and lead the end-to-end residential handover and homeowner experience. The role oversees pre-delivery inspections, unit handovers, defects rectification, service recovery and the resolution of complex homeowner matters. You will establish SOPs, frameworks and KPIs to drive service consistency, while providing feedback during design and development to improve maintainability and reduce post-handover defects. The position also oversees key resident communications and goodwill initiatives, and leads the team responsible for common-area readiness, defect management, first AGM preparation and subsequent engagement with Management Corporations and relevant stakeholders across the residential property portfolio.

Requirements

You hold a degree in Building, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline, with at least 15 years of relevant experience. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone who is a strategic, hands-on leader with strong operational capabilities and knowledge of building legislation, including BMSMA and MCST structures.
