Job Summary
Lead and elevate project execution across events, exhibitions, and conferences by managing teams, standardizing processes, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with strong client satisfaction and team development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple project teams simultaneously to deliver seamless event, exhibition, and conference projects
- Oversee end-to-end project execution by managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations
- Allocate resources efficiently across projects to maximize utilization and ensure smooth delivery
- Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions to resolve delivery challenges and minimize operational escalations
- Collaborate closely with Client, Design, and Operations teams to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes
- Standardize project management processes to improve delivery efficiency and consistency
- Coach and develop project team to enhance team members capabilities and foster professional growth
Required competencies and certifications
- 8 to 10 years of project management experience, preferably in events management
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with effective coordination skills
- Good communications and presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated by building and motivating high-performing teams
- Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or diploma in relevant qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Additional certifications in Workplace Safety and Health, Class 3 Driving licence are an advantage
