Our client is a creater for world class solutions for healthcare and construction technology. The Group creates unique solutions for healthcare facilities, research and laboratiories for healthcare and biotechnology industry
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead contract administration from pre-contract negotiations through project close-out across all projects.
- Advise senior management on contractual rights, obligations, risk exposure, and strategies for complex or high-value projects.
- Oversee claims management including EOTs, variations, prolongation, disruption, and loss & expense claims.
- Develop and execute claims, defence, and dispute avoidance strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
- Establish and manage project control systems covering programme, contractual compliance, and commercial risk.
- Review contractor programmes, monitor progress, and implement recovery strategies where required.
- Manage RFC, RFI, and change control processes, assessing contractual, programme, and commercial impacts.
- Identify, mitigate, and report contractual and commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with legal counsel, consultants, clients, and contractors on contractual, claims, and dispute matters.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to project teams on contracts, claims awareness, and programme management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Architectural, Engineering or any other related technical discipline
- Possess minimum 12 years post-graduate relevant experience in the construction industry. Preferably in the construction of healthcare projects.
- Strong working knowledge of local construction contracts and practices.
- Proven experience handling EOTs, prolongation, disruption, and complex consultancy claims.
- Exposure to healthcare projects is an advantage..
- Can navigate through conflict situations and defuse tension.
