About The Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Programmatic Revenue & Subscriptions to lead our dual-track monetization strategy across advertising (programmatic) and subscriptions.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in programmatic advertising and proven experience in subscription-based business models, with the ability to design and execute data-driven strategies that maximize yield, grow the subscriber base and balance monetization with user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Programmatic Revenue

  • Develop and drive the company's programmatic advertising strategy leveraging key growth drivers to maximize revenue and yield.
  • Oversee and optimize the ad tech stack (SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges and mediation platforms) and manage relationships with ad networks and agencies to improve fill rates and CPMs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, data, engineering and business development teams) to integrate ad placements and optimize ad inventory allocation to maximize total advertising revenue while balancing user experience.
  • Track performance through dashboards, analyze market trends and identify new revenue opportunities.

Subscriptions

  • Own the subscription strategy across conversion, pricing, retention and churn management to drive subscriber growth and MRR.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to design effective conversion funnels, campaigns and lifecycle programs implement A/B testing, segmentation and personalization to improve funnel efficiency.
  • Explore and develop new approaches to increase in-app purchases and optimize overall subscription revenue performance.
  • Provide regular reporting on subscription growth levers and KPIs against targets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, ad operations, subscription-driven businesses, with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic ecosystems (SSPs, DSPs, mediation, header bidding, attribution, measurement).
  • Hands-on experience managing subscription lifecycle strategies, including pricing, retention and churn reduction.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with expertise in revenue forecasting, cohort analysis and leveraging key growth drivers to achieve revenue targets.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance monetization and user experience.

KPIs / Success Metrics

  • Growth in programmatic revenue (CPM, fill rates, net yield).
  • Growth in MRR (driven by subscriber conversion, retention and churn reduction).
  • Effective implementation of monetization initiatives with measurable ROI.
