Head of Product Management

Tasks :

- Lead and manage the Product Management team by providing people leadership and functional guidance

- Identify market opportunities and oversee product innovation, continuous improvement and products development to drive consistent growth.

- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations and development teams to align and implement product strategy

- Support the creation of relevant product resources including brochures, white papers, use cases, website content, presentations, and lead the execution of product launches.

- Conduct product, competitor, and customer analysis to assess market requirements and identify trends

- You derive individual and team goals from corporate and departmental objectives and ensure their implementation. Translate corporate and departmental objectives into clear team and individual goals and ensure effective execution and achievement of agreed targets.

- Support and foster the development of team members by enhancing their technical expertise and methodological skills.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated several years of experience in product management, including experience leading and developing teams in a professional capacity.

- Strong customer focus with a results-driven mindset and the ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements.

- Experience in collaborating effectively with cross functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations and Development teams

- Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, with strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Possess strong analytical skills with a strategic, market-focused, and forward-looking approach to identifying opportunities and driving business decisions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong proficiency in English. Proficiency in German at a professional level is an advantage to support effective collaboration with German-speaking stakeholders.
