2-TIMES is an invite-only luxury online retailer and event-based private shopping service that curates exclusive experiences for a select community of private clients. Its dual model combines eCommerce and branded content platforms that operate together to connect luxury brands, contemporary art partners, and discerning shoppers. The company focuses on highly personalized, high-touch engagement and distinctive storytelling in the luxury space. Co-founded by twin brothers Alex and Luke Anton, 2-TIMES currently operates across Asia Pacific, with headquarters in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia.

Candidates must be based within proximity of our 2-TIMES locations: Hong Kong (Central), Singapore (Rochor). For global applicants, relocation to Asia is required for this position.

Reporting to our VP of Technology and VP of eCommerce, and working alongside our team of designers, developers and data scientists, the Head of Product Marketing will create and develop 2-TIMES online retail go-to-market (GTM) strategy for all overarching digital product and key functionality launches – owning the end-to-end process from ideation and prioritization, to release management, supportability, and iteration. 

Managing both the short & long-term vision product roadmaps of 2-TIMES multi-platform content and eCommerce systems, he/she will need to champion the changing voice of our users; assessing the current state of our digital products, and identifying ways to transform our existing tech assets, while developing cases for implementing innovative new solutions that need to be built or bought in order to make immediate, needle-moving impact.

Responsibilities 

· Serve as the product lead for 2-TIMES, driving the strategy and complete product development lifecycle across 2-TIMES web, mobile, and microsite digital product portfolio 

· Ideating market disrupting technologies and products, pitching to leadership, and executing if approved, with respect to target market segments, latent needs, competitive landscape, customer ecosystem, and purchasing patterns

· Be a functional expert in building world class subscription-based (private client eCommerce) technology across conception, feature design, user interface (UI) design, user experience (UX), and ongoing digital platform management

· Researching, planning, and delivering process improvements in alignment with departmental leadership, and fostering adoption of recommendations by collaborating with team managers 

· Evaluating and refining our pricing strategy, especially when new features are introduced; establishing KPI's and monitoring launched features to determine the value being delivered to customers 

· Mentoring the existing and future product and customer relationship management (CRM) team members — working closely with operations and design teams to identify creative solutions to customers problems, following-up case queues, report outs on strategic initiatives, and ongoing digital/tech programs 

Requirements 

· Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from a top-tier university in computer science, engineering and/or marketing 

· 6-8 years of experience creating, testing and launching innovative interfaces, mid-to-large scale websites and applications. Exposure to the competitive landscape for luxury consumers, coupled with a sensitivity for global fashion platforms & marketplaces is highly regarded

· Curiosity, critical thinking, and the ability to learn quickly; with a penchant for data and continuously researching new capabilities 

· Deep product development expertise and understanding of enterprise platforms, APIs, and micro-services including: Segment, Heap, Clearbit, Kompyte, InVision, etc.

· Familiarity with account based marketing (ABM) tools counting: Bizible/Marketo, HubSpot, Demandbase, etc.

· Proficiency using BI tools, project management, video conferencing software including: SQL, Qlik, Tableau, Asana, Slack, Notion, Whereby, Teams, etc.

· Familiarity with Sanity CMS and Salesforce Marketing Cloud and AI apps

· Fluency in English is a must, with professional language skills in Mandarin and/or Cantonese highly regarded

Salary range: HK $80k-$100k p/m, plus bonuses and allowances
