Our client is the market leader in their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring a new Head of Product to be based here in their Headquarters here in Singapore.

About the job

• Spearhead the comprehensive product vision and long-term roadmap, balancing the modernization of core platforms with the launch of new AI-driven features (e.g., smart search, personalization, and workflow automation).
• Formulate robust product governance frameworks for advanced technologies, ensuring high standards for data quality, risk mitigation, and compliance.
• Direct and mentor product management team
• Manage the full end-to-end product lifecycle, driving the technical evolution of large-scale legacy platforms while building zero-to-one products.
• Collaborate with key industry stakeholders and external partners to seamlessly integrate educational and value-added professional development content into the platform ecosystem.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 10 years of experience in product management. Proven track record in product roadmap/strategy and managing a team is required for this role.

Demonstrated experience overseeing complex tech initiatives, specifically involving AI/ML integrations will be highly preferred.
