Head of Product Advisory - Private Banking

A regional private banking platform is seeking a senior and commercially driven Head of Product Advisory to lead its Private Banking product function in Singapore. This is a key leadership role overseeing multi-asset product strategy, trading supervision, governance, and advisory support for High-Net-Worth clients.

Why This Role

• Lead the end-to-end private banking product platform across multiple asset classes

• Oversee trading supervision and capital markets execution standards

• Drive product governance, approvals, and suitability frameworks

• Partner closely with Front Office to strengthen advisory capabilities

• Play a strategic role in shaping the bank's product and investment direction

Responsibilities:

• Oversee product coverage across bonds, structured notes, equities, mutual funds, and financing solutions

• Supervise dealers and trading activities to ensure proper controls and best execution

• Conduct product due diligence, approvals, periodic reviews, and ongoing monitoring

• Maintain relationships with financial institutions and product providers

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and establish internal policies and procedures

• Monitor portfolios and collateral positions to ensure risk and performance alignment

• Lead and manage a small Product Advisory team, overseeing daily operations and conduct standards

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline

• Proven leadership experience within private banking, capital markets, or wealth management

• Strong knowledge of multi-asset investment products and regulatory frameworks

• CACS required CFA preferred

• Strong commercial mindset with sound risk awareness

• Fluency in English and Mandarin to liaise with regional stakeholders
