about the job

• Develop Team Capabilities: Lead a team of 5.

• Lead the Procurement Function: Direct and oversee all procurement operations and strategies across the organization.

• Establish Procurement Frameworks: Design, implement, and enforce robust procurement policies to ensure high compliance across all departments.

• Optimize Supplier & Tender Management: Cultivate a strong vendor network and improve the tendering process to guarantee maximum integrity, transparency, and value.

• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business requirements, ensuring high satisfaction with all sourced products and services.

• Drive Digital Transformation: Automate procurement workflows and enhance process efficiency by leveraging e-commerce platforms and modern technological tools.

• Maximize Cost Savings: Strategically manage procurement spend and aggressively drive cost savings, with a specific focus on critical spares and consumables.

skills and experience required

• Preferably talents who have at least 5 years of experience in sourcing of key materials/services procurement in manufacturing/equipment supply business. (preferably for steel related or heavy industries)
