Our client is looking to build out a robust Pricing Team in Singapore in response to an evolving operating environment and an increased focus on gaining / defending market share. There is now an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Pricing leader to join the organisation in a strategic capacity and to design a team to be fit for purpose.

Role

You will lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide pricing strategies across all product groups, in key operating markets. This includes establishing robust pricing frameworks, driving consistency and discipline in pricing governance, and partnering closely with commercial, finance and business unit leaders to optimise revenue and margin outcomes. You will oversee pricing methodologies including pricing analytics, develop data-driven insights to inform decision-making, and continuously refine pricing models in line with market dynamics and business objectives. A key aspect of the role will also involve strengthening internal capabilities, processes and tools to support scalable and sustainable pricing practices across the organisation, while leading and developing a young team.

Requirements

You are a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pricing, commercial strategy and/or revenue management, ideally within large, complex and matrixed organisations. You bring a strong track record of designing and implementing pricing strategies at scale, underpinned by solid analytical capabilities and commercial acumen. You are experienced in leading teams across markets and are comfortable operating in a highly dynamic, fast-paced and evolving environment. A collaborative approach and the ability to strategically influence senior stakeholders will be critical to success in this role.
