Job Summary/Goals
Ensure JLL wins profitable business to help with the ambitious growth targets of the organisation, partner with key Work Dynamics stakeholders (business lines, service lines, account teams, pursuit teams and SME's) to lead the development of the pricing solution for new business, expansion and renewal pursuits. This includes helping shape the overall value proposition and commercial model, completing related client deliverables, participating in client presentations as needed and continually improving our business and financial modelling tools, pricing process and expertise, manage & develop the APAC pricing team, align closely with the Global Head of pricing to ensure we works on adopting & developing pricing tools/models.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following duties are expected:
Commercial Pricing & Modelling
. Developing the commercial strategy and approach for global or regional large scale single or major multi-x bids.
. Specializing in multiple product pricing strategies.
. May include leading and managing cross regional pricing teams where necessary
. Working across the business & providing guidance and challenge to internal teams on our models and pricing / cost inputs
. Manage multiple external and internal stakeholders to ensure our price offering is suitable to meet both our requirements and executives those of the client
. Manage P&L, cash flow, risk modelling
. Leading CRB deal reviews and presentations on the Commercial Model and P&Ls for major deals.
. Work with business group leaders and board to understand and mitigate the risk and opportunities around deals.
. May also require Client facing deal negotiation & agility to cover other aspects versus just pricing and commercials
People Management
. Managing the pricing team and developing the team creating a culture of collaboration, positive learning and teamwork
. Identifying your team's strengths and improvement areas, leading them to excellence through coaching, feedback and recognition.
. Team development & training as necessary
Process & Tools
. Introduce consistent global processes, tools and forms as needed to improve efficiency and accuracy of pricing within APAC
. Commercial Pricing process improvement and development in APAC and collaboration globally
. Responsible for establishing and tracking Cost benchmarking and competitor pricing analysis
. Global collaboration to share ideas and drive continuous improvements
. Input into & support development of Global pricing tools, internal costing methodologies and process changes
. Deployment & adoption of new processes and tools within APAC as appropriate
. Ensure pricing handover to transition/due diligence teams is seamless
Additional Duties And Responsibilities
. Deep-diving into commercials for renewals and making recommendations for future commercial improvements
. Leading ad-hoc projects and initiatives
. Client Consultancy work
. Input to Management Reporting as needed

Skills
. Strong analytical skills, and must be comfortable dealing with numerical data, and have strong attention to detail.
. High level of system skills and commercial acumen
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Confident in client facing and board level situations
. People management skills & leadership qualities
. Ability to manage multiple work streams with demanding time pressures
. Able to understand and interpret complex financial and commercial situations and explain to a variety of stakeholders.
. Adaptable, highly numerate, exceptional attention to detail, able to present with gravitas and build client relationships (internal and external).
Experience
. Bachelor's Degree with 8-10 years of experience in pricing and commercial modeling on complex outsourcing contracts, ideally within the commercial real estate industry, with at least 7 years of experience as a people manager
Qualifications
Qualified Accountant / QS. Very high level of system skills
